Mommies Funding Research is a group started by the July 2007 moms from babycenter.com created to raise money for causes that are near and dear to our hearts. Every year we intend to hold an auction to raise money for these causes. Last year we raised over $1000 (combined) for SMA and MPS! This year we hope to raise even more money to help find a cure for both SMA and MPS. Our auction is in honor of two very special babies who have touched our lives. Tea Gift Set

This lovely little set features 2 dainty and beautiful cups and saucers, the book A Quiet Cup of Tea signed by the author, a box of Charleston SC grown tea, and a bottle of Lowcountry Gold natural wildflower honey.

Cup #1 has a soft Violet pattern, is marked with a crown and "Bone China England".

Cup #2 has a delicate Lilly of the Valley pattern and is marked with a Sentry and "Sheltonian China English Bone China".

The book A Quiet Cup of Tea is signed by local author Perrin Conrad. It features a short story, some musings on tea, the history of tea in South Carolina, quotes and recipes. A charming read, perfect for a "real" quiet cup of tea.

American Classic Tea is grown here in Charleston SC on Wadmalaw Island and is the only tea grown in America. The Charleston Tea Plantation is environmentally responsible and uses no insecticides, no fungicides, no excess packaging (tags, strings, overwraps or staples) and has a clean fresh smooth flavor.

Lowcountry Gold 100% natural wildflower honey is harvested here in Summerville SC and as they say: "Don't fool with Mother Nature, keep it natural". Delicious!
